Minot State University (25-6-2) defeated Iowa State University (20-12-3) 3-1 in the 2019 ACHA Men’s Division-I National Championship Game to secure its second ever national title. Captain Blake Fournier, the tournament’s Most Valuable Player, led the Beavers to victory with two goals and an assist and a +5 rating in four games played, while defenseman Kyle Lipinski chipped in three goals and goaltender Joshua Bykowski notched three wins, allowing two goals against with a sensational 97.1 save percentage.
